The holidays are awesome, but they can also be a source of stress and derailment when it comes to staying on plan. My program will help you stay on track as we work on making healthy habits that will transform your life. In fact, It is my passion to teach you how to live your BEST life, no matter your age.

As for the workouts, my classes are fun, safe and RESULTS driven. That said, my program includes a variety of modalities to keep your muscles challenged, prevent plateaus, and keep things fun and exciting. We do Tabata, Piyo, Bootcamp in the park, Weight Resistance, Kickboxing, fun outdoor circuits, Pool Workouts and Barre. My goal is to help you fall in love with fitness and learn to love the body you live in. I also work with all ages and ability levels and can modify anything we do.
Local clients who train 2x a week will also receive a complete weekly meal plan with all the flavors of Fall, workout videos to do when you can't make it to training and FREE access to my online training program. The online program is extremely effective as you will receive daily challenges to keep you accountable and tons of support from both me and the other women in our Tribe. There, we focus on mindset, portion control, goal setting, self-belief, nutrition, and so much more. You'll learn so many healthy swaps and healthy habits that will truly transform you inside and out.
