12 Week Bootcamp -Local Clients (includes 2x a week training and online bootcamp)
Are you ready to transform your body? Join me as I help you become the best version of you as we hit the back to school season! My Bootcamps are fun, safe and effective. You'll get tons of variety to keep your muscles challenged and loads of encouragement along the way. We do Tabata, Piyo, bootcamp in the park, kickboxing, swimming and Barre. My goal is to help you fall in love with fitness. Local clients who train 2x a week will also receive a complete meal plan and can participate in my online training program at no extra cost. The online program is extremely effective as you will receive daily challenges to keep you accountable and tons of support from both me and the other women in our tribe. We also focus on mindset as well as portion control, goal setting, nutrition, eliminating sugar and so much more. You'll learn so many healthy swaps and habits that will truly help you be healthy for life.
