Each week, You'll get a brand new meal plan filled with healthy recipes that will burn fat, reduce pain and inflammation, eliminate bloat, slow down the aging process, boost energy levels and your metabolism. The meal plans are based on carb cycling, an effective strategy that teaches your body how to burn frat for fuel without deprivation. There are built in cheat meals on high carb days. My goal is to teach you how to eat healthy for the rest of your life.

My Do anywhere workouts are between 15-30 minutes long and are super fun and effective. I give options for beginners or those that need a low impact option. Workouts are paired with high and low carb days for maximum efficacy. You'll get Tabata, barre, pilates, yoga, resistance and kickboxing workouts. All you need is wifi and a little self discipline, and you are good to go.














It's been proven that community is one of the biggest factors when it comes to staying consistent with diet and exercise, because let's be real; It's hard doing it alone. One of the biggest changes I've experienced has been with my mindset, especially one it comes to eating clean. Excuses for not starting a clean eating program were: it's too much to learn, too expensive, the food is weird...

I've had a total turnaround in my thinking since starting with Ruth. Yes, there is a bit to learn about eating clean...but Ruth's meal plan makes it pretty easy and enjoyable!!! I used to think eating clean was eating plain chicken breasts all day (with some vegetables and brown rice or sweet potato). I LOVE being able to make all of the recipes and eating something different (and good!) all the time. I've kept an open mind the whole time and tried everything Ruth puts on the menu. 😊

You have no idea what a great influence you and your program have been for me! I have always done pretty well moving and exercising but have always had a problem with the nutrition part of my health. I needed someone like you to help me pair the exercise and the nutrition together to see healthy results! For me, this boot camp was going to help me lose weight and tone up(which I did)! I didn't realize I would see other results as well! It has lifted my spirits...I feel like I am happier in general! I have had some health benefits as well.

This has been such a fun mix of working out, learning to stick to a meal plan, learning to meal prep on the weekend, all while sharing this with a great group of women!!! Frequently Asked Questions:

What if I have dietary restrictions?

This meal plan is based on all natural, unprocessed, real foods. Each week, there will usually contain chicken, beef, fish, and vegetarian meals on the plan. 80% of the recipes are dairy and gluten free. (I use goat cheese, kefir, greek yogurt)

What if I have additional calorie needs? For example, training for an endurance race, or pregnant or nursing?

Yes! I have you covered. You’ll get 5 meals a day. If you have higher calorie needs, eat all 5 meals. If not, eat 3 or as needed.

Back pain has been limiting my mobility and desire to exercise. Will there be workouts that I can handle?

Having a sensitive back myself, I am all about giving options. All the workouts will show modifications if you need a lower impact option. And if you are severely limited with your movement, the workouts will be optional for you. (although that is what fi gives you muscle definition/a fit appearance. If all that you do is commit to following the mindset activities and nutrition plan you will still see massive results. Eating anti-inflammatory foods and doing restorative movement do the body good.

Do I need a gym?

Nope! This Challenge offers do-anywhere workouts that require very little equipment. Some dumbbells (light and heavy), a loop resistance band and a stability ball is all you'll need.  

What should I do if I don’t have enough time or don’t like to cook?

My goal is to equip you with the knowledge to make working in the kitchen a snap. If you want to spend less time in the kitchen, I suggest picking 2-3 of the recipes and make extra, so you can use them throughout the week. Double or even triple up on the recipes you like, and heat them up the next day or freeze them for later.

I am vegan. Is there a meal plan for me?  

I am not personally a vegan and in my experience, it is very hard to sustain healthy fat loss, muscle tone and bone health on a vegan diet long term. I do admire those who are vegan for ethical reasons and you are welcome to join the challenge and participate in the mindset activities but there will not be a meal plan specifically tailored for you. 

Will this help me if I am going through menopause?  

Yes! I am in perimenopause, so I can relate to your changes. Everything I share in our New You Challenge will dramatically help with balancing hormones, no matter what stage you’re experiencing.  

What if I don’t see results?  

You WILL! If you follow the meal plan and stay consistent,   you will get results!
