Summer Strong is more than a fitness program — it’s a movement for women in midlife who are ready to grow stronger from the inside out.
As women in midlife, we face unique challenges. Hormones shift, metabolism changes, energy fluctuates, and many of us are carrying stress, overwhelm, and years of putting everyone else first. This season of life requires a different approach — one rooted in strength, resilience, purpose, and support.
That’s exactly what Summer Strong is all about.
This 8-week bootcamp combines fitness, nutrition, mindset coaching, accountability, and community to help women build lean muscle, boost energy, improve confidence, and develop the mental toughness needed to thrive in midlife.
Our theme this summer is:

Because strong women aren’t built through perfection… they’re built through courage, consistency, persistence, and resilience.
Each week we’ll focus on a key characteristic that helps us stay gritty in life and in our health journey:
Week 1 — Welcome + Identifying Our WHY
We’ll kick off by setting goals, building community, and reconnecting with the deeper reason behind wanting to get healthy and strong.
Week 2 — Courage
Growth requires courage. This week is about stepping outside your comfort zone and believing you are capable of more.
Week 3 — Conscientiousness & Mindfulness
We’ll focus on intentional habits, self-awareness, and learning how small daily choices create lasting transformation.
Week 4 — Persistence
Motivation comes and goes — persistence is what creates results. This week teaches consistency over perfection.
Week 5 — Resilience
Midlife women are resilient by nature. We’ll learn how to bounce back stronger from setbacks, stress, and challenges.
Week 6 — Excellence vs. Perfection
Perfection keeps many women stuck. This week is about letting go of all-or-nothing thinking and embracing progress instead.
Week 7 — Gritty Girls Have Purpose
When we live with purpose, we show up differently. We’ll focus on confidence, identity, and becoming the strongest version of ourselves.
Week 8 — Progress
We’ll celebrate victories, reflect on growth, and recognize how far we’ve come physically, mentally, and emotionally.
