Cauliflower Crust Margarita Pizza

Do you LOVE PIZZA but don't love how the carbs make you feel? Have I got a recipe for you! 
This delicious pizza crust is made from nutrient rich cauliflower.
It’s easy to make, and is a much better for you than a wheat crust, as wheat can cause inflammation and digestive issues.
This is one of my favorite recipes for low carb pizza. 

You’ll need:

1 1/2 - 2 cups organic cauliflower rice
1/2 cup almond flour
1 tablespoon of garlic, minced
2 organic eggs
Sea salt and pepper to taste
1 teaspoon rosemary
1/4 cup Parmesan cheese

Preheat oven to 400.
Place cauliflower in food processor and pulse until cauliflower is shredded. (Or use 1 package of diced cauliflower)
In a large mixing bowl, combine cauliflower with all the other ingredients.
Then pour mixture onto baking stone and firmly press until it covers the stone.
Bake for 18-20 minutes.
Remove from oven and add toppings of your choice, then bake for another 15 minutes.
