One of the common themes I hear from women over 40 is that they are gaining weight, especially around the middle. They are doing what they've always done as far as diet and exercise are concerned, but the pounds are still coming on and are extra stubborn to come off.
As we age, our hormones tend to fluctuate as the ovaries produce less estrogen. For many women, Imbalances become more prevalent and unfortunately when our bodies are out of balance, our health suffers. Here's what you need to know. A heathy, balanced body should not have weight issues. Did you hear that? I'll say it again.
A healthy balanced body should not have weight issues. So, if you find yourself in the category of inheriting a mysterious muffin top, hormonal imbalances are likely the culprit.
That is why I'm doing a deep dive into hormones and how they affect women over 40. I want women to know that they can totally manage their symptoms with their fork and a healthy lifestyle, and that there is hope for you too. This season of discomfort does not need to be your new normal. I will be sharing which hormones are the biggest offenders when it comes to weight gain, what foods to eat, which ones to avoid and lifestyle hacks that will help you manage those symptoms as well. We'll even be doing a reset during the month of July. If you suspect your hormones could be causing you to gain weight, you don't want to miss this. It's all part of the thematic content we'll be diving into in my brand new membership.
You can read about it here.
Ok then, as I said earlier, most of the issues we face as women can be managed with our fork, or in this case, the blender. I love starting my day with a smoothie because you can put so much goodness into a glass.
This smoothie is great for both balancing your hormones as well as boosting your libido, which is another one of the areas to suffer when your hormones are out of wack.
So, if you want to improve the muffin top AND ramp up the action in the bedroom, give this Hormone Balancing Smoothie a Try.
