One of the common themes I hear from women over 40 is that they are gaining weight, especially around the middle. They are doing what they've always done as far as diet and exercise are concerned, but the pounds are still coming on and are extra stubborn to come off.
As we age, our hormones tend to fluctuate as the ovaries produce less estrogen.
