Healthy Fat Burning Super Food Peanut Butter Cups

Hey Babes, I'm sharing a superfood treat with you that you can enjoy guilt free!!!  When it comes to Halloween Candy, I'm usually a sucker for anything with chocolate and nuts. Of course, Reeses, Snickers and Almond Joy have lots or processed sugar, so I wanted to create a healthy alternative that was both delicious and friendly to my waistline. If your kids bring home the candy from trick or treating, just say no and try this instead!!!! My super food Peanut Butter cup recipe is easy, delicious AND good for you. I'm in love with the moroccan undertones from the turmeric and cardamom. 

Mix in sauce pan over low heat:

1 cup organic virgin coconut oil
1/2 cup raw cacao powder
2 tsp real vanilla extract
2 tsp cardamom
2 tsp turmeric
2 tsp cinnamon
4 tbsp raw honey
2 tsp Maca


Instructions
1. Pour melted chocolate about 1/4 inch into muffin tins lined with paper liners

2. Place in freezer for about 20 minutes.
3. Spread a layer of  raw peanut butter or almond butter, and then top with remaining chocolate sauce.

4. Freeze another 20 minutes.
 I store  these in the freezer until ready to eat. Enjoy 1 for a sweet, healthy treat! 😃
