I don't know about you, but I loooooooove good for you food that tastes ahhhhhhhmazing!!! You know, the kind of food that makes you forget about chocolate cake or cinnamon rolls or peanut butter cookies.
One of my favorite go~to recipes for a healthy breakfast or dessert is chia pudding. It comes together super fast and it is loaded with superior nutrition that will serve your body well as we try not to eat "all the things" in site during quarantine.
This particular variation combines lemon, coconut and fresh berries. It's sooooooo gooooood, and a great swap when you feel like something sweet. It's super versatile too. It's great as a breakfast or a dessert. If you make it, be sure to tag me on social. I love to see y'all enjoying my recipes.

Ingredients
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
- 2 1/2 cups unsweetened original almond/coconut milk
- 3 tablespoons pure maple syrup or monk fruit sweetener
- 1/2 cup chia seeds
- 1/2 cup lemon juice freshly squeezed
- 2 teaspoons lemon zest
- 1 tsp vanilla
Directions:
Blend everything together and pour in ramekins or martini glasses. Cover with foil and let sit for about 4 hours. Top with fresh berries, mango, kiwi and flaked coconut. (Anything with beautiful color just makes it look more amazing.)

Thomas was very good at explaining the very rare issue I had. When transferring my crypto through eth network to my trust wallet the default trust wallet uses is BNB smart chain. Because trust wallets new beta version of a “swift” wallet has not created a eth network my crypto was frozen on a white sheet through etherscan which is a publicly accessed knowledge based site of transactions placed. Because of this beta wallet not having a eth network avail I have no choice but to wait until it is created and only then will I be able to recover my coin. I was told it may be months or years for this to happen. Point of this start trust wallets new beta swift wallet is trash. I was also notified the wallet in question does not have a traditional private key. This wallet uses your device as the key in other words if I were to break or lose my device I lose the key and trust wallet will not have a spare. Finally came the bill which considering my rare situation of not being able to recover my coin Thomas kept to his commitment of no charging me a cent and only asked as a favor to write a review. The man also gave me additional advice such as recommended exchanges, wallets, cold storage and a detailed conclusion of my situation.
