A lot of my clients are 40 and older which means that they are experiencing all the wonderful side affects of perimenopause/menopuase. Berry Maca Smoothie

3 cups spinach 

1 cup frozen blueberries (or raspberries, blackberries)

1 tablespoon Flax Seeds

1 tablespoon Healthworks Maca Powder Raw Organic, 8 Ounce

1 1/2 cups coconut milk 

2 pitted dates or a few drops of Stevia  to taste

1 scoop collagen protein

.

Directions: Blend until creamy.
