In my Finish Strong Bootcamp, we'll be focusing on simple strategies that will keep you on track during this busy time of year. We’ll kick off the session with a 4 week series on mastering your macros as a midlife woman. Below, you’ll see the framework we will follow.

As a participant in my bootcamp, you can choose from both in person and virtual classes. You also get my monthly membership for FREE ($37) which includes a weekly meal plan, workouts you can do on the days you don't train with me, live weekly coaching on a monthly theme, and daily accountability.

Speaking of fitness, my workouts are fun, safe and RESULTS driven. My program includes a variety of modalities to keep your muscles challenged, prevent plateaus, and keep things fun and exciting.
You can choose between live in person and virtual classes which I do on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 6:30 a.m. and 5:15 p.m.
As a bonus, you'll also receive 6-7 workout videos including Tabata, Piyo, Weight Resistance, Kickboxing, and Barre that you can do on your own time on the days you don't train with me in person. My goal is to help you fall in love with fitness and learn to love the body you live in. I also work with all ages and ability levels and can modify anything we do.
My program is extremely effective as I have made it my goal to help you keep things simple. I've eliminated the overwhelm so that you can make progress and become the fittest, healthiest, most beautiful version of you both inside and out.
