As a trainer and health coach, my goal is to help the women I work with transform their lives with mindset, fitness and nutrition. I do that by teaching simple habits that create a healthy lifestyle.
In my Fourth Quarter Challenge, we'll be focusing on a Simple Habit each of the 12 weeks that will make your life better, and your quest to be healthier Doable!!!
That means learning to love how good it feels to move your body and the way you feel when your workout is over. It also means learning how to make healthy choices that you can do for the rest of you life.
As a participant in my bootcamp, you can choose from both in person and virtual classes. You also get my monthly membership for FREE ($37) which includes a weekly meal plan, workouts you can do on the days you don't train with me live, weekly coaching on a monthly theme, and daily accountability.

You can choose between live in person and virtual classes which I do on Tuesdays and Thusdays at 6:30 a.m. and 5:45 p.m.
As a bonus, you'll also receive 6-7 workout videos including Tabata, Piyo, Weight Resistance, Kickboxing, Pool Workouts and Barre that you can do on your own time on the days you don't train with me in person. My goal is to help you fall in love with fitness and learn to love the body you live in. I also work with all ages and ability levels and can modify anything we do.
