If you could pick a food that checks all the boxes for you, what would it be????
My cravings are usually for salty/sour foods. I love lime, garlic, jalapeño and cilantro. So, when Walt and I went to Superica on a date a couple weeks ago, I was thrilled when they brought out their complimentary avocado salsa.
First, if you live in the Atlanta area, it’s 100% worth the drive and the wait to get a table there. Walt and I usually share the steak tacos or fajitas and always bring home leftovers, probably because I’ve consumed my fare share of their avocado salsa beforehand. Seriously, their food and skinny spicy margaritas are amazing! Get there if you can.
I came home from Superica on a mission. I wanted to recreate that amazing salsa myself because again, it totally checks off all the boxes for me.
I love dipping a blue corn chip into it, but it would be wonderful over chicken, fish tacos, even dessert. (Just kidding) I just reaaaaaaaaally love it.
You know what’s even better?? It’s super healthy and is a great option as a low carb snack. I’ll be making a batch for us to enjoy at the beach this week. Did I mention it pares nicely with a skinny, spicy margarita???
Ok, I’ve regressed. Now that your mouth is watering, let’s get to it. You can whip up a batch in just a couple of minutes! If you make it, be sure to take a pic, and tag me on your favorite social platforms!
happy snacking!
Xoxo Ruth 😃

Honestly, The best thing that ever happened to me literally, was finding the contact of this genius 5ISPYHAK. This man granted me full access to an iPhone belonging to my partner of 6 years. I saw his WhatsApp messages he was sending adult picture and videos to my so called friend and sleeping with her while I was away in Germany working so hard so we would have a better life. This genius helped me retrieve messages she deleted, emails and even call logs. He was doing this to me.I’m glad I followed my heart and again big thanks to 5ISPYHAK for not letting me ruin my own life. He recently helped a friend of mine fix his records, taking out hard inquiries and collections. He offers many other services I can’t mention here you can hire him for help. I’m really delighted i eventually found a real & competent hacker i followed their Bogus recommendations. Never knew that my Husband had a son out of wedlock without informing me about it for almost 15 years of our marriage, until i noticed he picks strange calls on his Iphone and send some money to a strange woman. As much as it is inappropriate to spy on one’s spouse phone, it’s also necessary to be sure that your relationship is in perfect shape. All my gratitude goes to this Genius Hacker who got to hack his phone completely to the extent that i had a clone of his phone and could read all his whats-app & Facebook messages, call logs, text messages, and GPS to know where and what he is always up to. I’m really grateful for this great experience, It really helped me find out the truth about my marriage.
