If you could pick a food that checks all the boxes for you, what would it be????
My cravings are usually for salty/sour foods. I love lime, garlic, jalapeño and cilantro. So, when Walt and I went to Superica on a date a couple weeks ago, I was thrilled when they brought out their complimentary avocado salsa.
First, if you live in the Atlanta area, it’s 100% worth the drive and the wait to get a table there. Walt and I usually share the steak tacos or fajitas and always bring home leftovers, probably because I’ve consumed my fare share of their avocado salsa beforehand. Seriously, their food and skinny spicy margaritas are amazing! Get there if you can.
I came home from Superica on a mission. I wanted to recreate that amazing salsa myself because again, it totally checks off all the boxes for me.
I love dipping a blue corn chip into it, but it would be wonderful over chicken, fish tacos, even dessert. (Just kidding) I just reaaaaaaaaally love it.
You know what’s even better?? It’s super healthy and is a great option as a low carb snack. I’ll be making a batch for us to enjoy at the beach this week. Did I mention it pares nicely with a skinny, spicy margarita???
Ok, I’ve regressed. Now that your mouth is watering, let’s get to it. You can whip up a batch in just a couple of minutes! If you make it, be sure to take a pic, and tag me on your favorite social platforms!
happy snacking!
Xoxo Ruth 😃

Recently, I was contacted by a broker who convinced me to invest into Crypto all day. I started by making an initial investment of 126,000 USD and surprisingly I asked for 35,000 USD more in order to access my account so I can be able to make any withdrawal. Their demand made me loose it that I had to go on online searching for assistances since I wasn’t going to lose my money to this an unregulated trading platform, I came across lots of positive reviews about jbeespyhack. After what I went through, I realized that Transparency is essential in both business and human interactions. I emailed him directly at jbeespyhack@gmail.com, and he responded, asking for more information, which I also submitted. For four years ,i had been Questioning if my wife loved me as i felt so unloved- so much that i occasionally asked if she Was having an affair, I felt she was really avoiding me, however i had a gut feeling that something wasn’t right and began to question my own sanity and anxiety. our children wondered why she was going out so much and not spending time with me and with us as a family. Eventually I had to come online to search for a way to get into my wife’s phone without her finding out and I came. Through a hacker who did a great job for me, I was able to get into her phone within 3 hours and I got access to all social media text messages and her phone Conversations live and Permanently.
