My Finish Strong Bootcamp was created for the woman who wants to look and feel fabulous while not missing a beat with all the holiday fun. Seriously, I give you the tools you need to stay on top of your nutrition, your fitness, and to manage the stress during the busiest time of the year.
The average person gains 7-10 pounds from October thru December. Don't let that be you!! This challenge will help you develop healthy habits, be consistent, find balance, and make the most of your time. Our mindset strategies will help reduce stress and focus on gratitude, while the meals will be both incredibly delicious and anti-inflammatory. I will give you plenty of healthy swaps for the holiday parties and family get-togethers that will burn fat and reduce inflammation. Since this time of year is a little busier, the workout videos will be under 20 minutes, so you will have zero excuses as to why you can't fit them in.
Of course, every challenge is a little more fun with some friendly competition. Each participant will be on a team where you will earn points for participation. Top point earners will win prizes that will keep you motivated.
