You may know that it takes 21 days to create a habit, but it takes 90 days to change your lifestyle.  

That's why for these last 11 weeks of the year, I am committed to helping you stay on track with your health and fitness goals AND have fun in the process. My Finish Strong Bootcamp was created for the woman who wants to look and feel fabulous while not missing a beat with all the holiday fun. Seriously, I give you the tools you need to stay on top of your nutrition, your fitness, and to manage the stress during the busiest time of the year.

The average person gains 7-10 pounds from October thru December. Don't let that be you!! This challenge will help you develop healthy habits, be consistent, find balance, and make the most of your time. Our mindset strategies will help reduce stress and focus on gratitude, while the meals will be both incredibly delicious and anti-inflammatory. I will give you plenty of healthy swaps for the holiday parties and family get-togethers that will burn fat and reduce inflammation. Since this time of year is a little busier, the workout videos will be under 20 minutes, so you will have zero excuses as to why you can't fit them in.

Of course, every challenge is a little more fun with some friendly competition. Each participant will be on a team where you will earn points for participation. Top point earners will win prizes that will keep you motivated.  

Need accountability? You'll get that too. Lots of it! Both from me as well as your fellow teammates as we do daily challenges and check-ins that will help you with your nutrition and fitness.

How Does It Work?


My program is designed to target the 3 main components of wellness: your mind, your nutrition, and your movement. In addition, I will help you have fun along the way as you get healthy with all your new friends. Doing this together is absolutely so much more enjoyable than trying to do it alone.

Ok then, let’s break it down.



Each week, we will work on creating a positive mindset by doing various challenges. Your mindset determines your altitude, so I help you see yourself as worthy and deserving of success. It is my mission to teach you to love yourself because God loves you. I meet so many women who look in the mirror and focus on everything they don't like about themselves. You are God's daughter first. There will be many affirmations along these lines that will be a HUGE part of why we work out and take care of our bodies.


Every week, you will receive a new meal plan. The meals are all based on a clean eating diet. The meals not only taste delicious but are easy to prepare. If you follow the plan, you will have lots of energy, and will be able to lose weight. (if that is one of your goals) The plan will help slough belly fat, boost your metabolism, balance your hormones, reduce inflammation, increase energy, boost your libido, enhance mental clarity and improve your skin. It is by far the most important piece of the program. Most days you will eat breakfast, a mid morning snack, lunch, a mid afternoon snack and dinner. My goal is to help you become a fat burner, not a sugar burner, so the meals and recipes will be designed to include plenty of protein, healthy fat and complex carbohydrates. The meal plan will also incorporate carb cycling to maximize your results, another way to teach your body to burn fat for fuel.


Every other week, I will email you 5-7 workout videos. You'll do the same 5-7 workouts for 2 weeks in a row. So, by the end of the 8 week session, you will have a total of 25-28 workouts. (Plus some bonus videos) Since they are youtube links, you will have access to them from your phone, computer, laptop etc. They will be designed, so you can do them anywhere.......at the gym, in your living room, at the park, on a break at the office, on vacation at the beach etc. So, you have NO excuses. Most videos are 13-20 min. long and you have the option to repeat it again if you want to. I give options for all ability levels and include things like Tabata, HIIT, Kickboxing, Pilates, Yoga, Barre and weights for lots of variety which is sure to keep your muscles challenged.
